• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all states within the United States.
• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• State Restrictions: Due to state laws, we are unable to ship CBD products to Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Damages

• Damaged Products: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer service email] to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
